Arts and Humanities is Macquarie's best discipline area in rankings. Macquarie was one of four non-Group of Eight universities ranked in the top 100 universities in the world in particular discipline areas in sciences, according to the 2014 QS World University Rankings. It was the highest ranked business school in Australia and was ranked 68th in the world in the 2015 Financial Times MBA ranking.
