UNSW Australia
University of New South Wales (UNSW) is one the Group of 8 Australian Universities, which was established in 1949. Today, New South Wales University has 40000 enrolled students, which 7000 of them are International. UNSW's main campus is located on a 38 hectare site in the suburb of Kensington.
This university provides over 300 courses for undergraduates, 600 courses for postgraduates. Also, students are involved in more than 100 projects. UNSW is a member of Universitas 21.
The University is home to many research centers and institutions. Lowy Cancer Research Centre is one of Australia’s largest cancer research facilities. Other research institutes of the University include: Neuroscience Research Australia, Centre for Clinical Research Excellence in Aboriginal Health: Sexually Transmitted and Bloodborne Viral Infection.

It was also awarded the QS 5 Star Plus badge for excellence, having received a five-star rating in all eight categories scoring over 900 points
The QS World University Ranking 2015, ranked UNSW as 46th in the world and 4th in the Country. The 2015 QS World University Rankings ranked UNSW to be 12th in the world for Accounting and Finance, 15th for Law, 21st in Engineering and technology, and 21st for Social Sciences and Management.
The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2015–2016 placed UNSW 82th in the world and 5th in Australia. Previously in 2012-2013, UNSW was placed 85th in the world and 5th in Australia.
Accommodation:
The University has a number of residential colleges, such as: Philip Baxter College, Basser College, Goldstein College, Fig Tree Hall, Colombo House, UNSW Hall, New College, Warrane College, International House, Shalom College and Creston College. The residential halls provide single bedrooms with shared bathrooms and Kitchen.
