There are many international scholarships available for students to study in Griffith University.
· Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships
o Griffith International Undergraduate Excellence Scholarships: the scholarship awards outstanding international student applying for undergraduate studies at the University an amount of AU$5,000 in total for two semesters.
o GELI Direct Entry Program (DEP) Scholarship: this is open to outstanding FGELI Direct Entry Program (DEP) students. Students must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate coursework programs at the University. An amount of AU$1000 worth of scholarship is awarded towards first semester tuition fees.
o Griffith International Scholarship for Griffith College Diploma to Degree: AU$3,000 worth of scholarship is contributed towards first semester tuition fees of an eligible recipient. Eligible applicants are required to be outstanding Griffith College Diploma students enrolled as a full-time student in an undergraduate degree at Griffith University.
o Griffith International Outstanding Merit Scholarships: the scholarship is open for outstanding international students completing their undergraduate degree at Griffith University and wish to continue their studies with an honour or postgraduate coursework degree at the University. It is AU$3,000 worth in scholarship for two tuition payments or AU$1,500 for a Graduate Certificate.
o Griffith International Family Scholarship: immediate family members of current or previous Griffith students may be eligible to apply for this scholarship. An amount of AU$1,000 is paid towards the first semester tuition fee of an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework applicant.
o Dean Sir Samuel Griffith and Sir Samuel Griffith: is awarded to both international and domestic students that wish to apply for undergraduate degree programs at Griffith University. It is AU$24,000-AU$60,000 worth in scholarships for duration of 4 years.
o Sir Samuel Griffith Scholarship: is awarded to leavers with outstanding academic records and leadership and community engagements. It is AU$24,000-AU$60,000 worth in scholarships for duration of 4 years.
o Griffith International Postgraduate Coursework Excellence Scholarships: The scholarship is open to outstanding international students applying for postgraduate coursework programs at Griffith University. It is AU$ 3000 in value scholarship in total for two semesters.
o Postgraduate Engineering Scholarships: high achieving international students applying for engineering postgraduate coursework studies at the University. The value of the scholarship can be up to AU$6,000 in total for two year postgraduate coursework engineering program for duration of 3-4 semesters.
· Pro-vice Chancellor (Health)
o Graduate Entry Scholarship in Medicine: An amount of AU$20,000 in total for duration of 4 years. The scholarship is open to high achieving graduate applying in the Doctor of Medicine Program of University.
o Pro-Vice Chancellor (Health) Scholarship in Medicine: An amount of AU$30,000 in total for duration of 6 years. The scholarship is open to high achieving high school leavers applying for the combined Bachelor of Medical Science/Doctor of Medicine programs at the University.
o Pro-Vice Chancellor (Health) Scholarship in Dentistry: An amount of AU$25,000 in total for duration of 5 years. The scholarship is open to high achieving students applying for the combined Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science/Graduate Diploma of Dentistry programs at the University.
