Australian National University offers a range of scholarships for international students.  Below is a list of some of these scholarships. 

 

·         A E Ringwood Supplementary Scholarship: An amount of AU$8,200 is awarded to outstanding international student enrolled in Bachelor degree or research Master degree in the field of Earth Science.

 

·         Alex Rodgers Travelling Scholarship: international students enrolled in the fields of Astronomy and Astrophysics may be eligible to be awarded an amount of AU$6,000 worth in scholarship. The scholarship is for two RSAA graduate students to travel abroad with direct relevance to their thesis work.

 

·         Allan White Scholarship: the scholarship is open to international PhD students that undertake their laboratory research skills in Earth Science. The award provides the recipient with AU$6,500 for research expenses.

 

·         ANU Alumni PhD Scholarship: the scholarship is open to outstanding PhD students from Thailand, Malaysia and Japan.

 

·         ANU Collage of Business & Economics Community Engagement Award: outstanding current international students of the University may be eligible for this award. Eligible recipients are required to seek further knowledge and growth beyond the classes, hence; must have participated in or soon be undertaking an extracurricular opportunity in the field and Business and Economics to enhance their academic and professional experiences. The award is AU$1,000 worth in value awarded to only 4 eligible candidates.

 

·         ANU College of Business & Economics Honours Scholarship: international students that are entering their honour year may be eligible for this scholarship. An amount of AU$ 12,500 is awarded to top performing students of Business and Economics.  

 

·         ANU College of Business & Economics International Graduate Scholarship:  the scholarship is 50% deduction in the tuition fee of an eligible international student enrolled in the College of Business and Economics of ANU for one year. Eligible recipients are required to have been received an offer of admission into a postgraduate coursework program offered by the College.

 

·         ANU College of Business & Economics International Merit Scholarship for Foundation Studies: the scholarship is open to international students that are applying for admission to an undergraduate program offered by the College of Business and Economics. The award is 50% deduction in the tuition fee for a period of one year. Eligible candidates must demonstrate high level achievements in the Foundation Studies Program.

 

·         ANU College of Business & Economics International Undergraduate Scholarship: the scholarship is only open to two outstanding international students applying for undergraduate program at the college of Business & Economics. Eligible recipients will receive 100% tuition waiver for duration of their course excluding the honour year.

 

·         ANU College of Business & Economics Undergraduate Merit Awards: international students that have completed their Year 12 qualification in Australia and are now applying for undergraduate program under College of Business & Economics may be eligible to apply for this scholarship. Eligible candidates are required to demonstrate high achieving academic scores

 

·         ANU Foundation for Visual Arts Scholarship: an amount of AU$ 5,000 worth in scholarship is awarded to candidates for one year. Eligible recipients are required to have obtained an entry to an undergraduate degree program by School of Art in the University.  

 

·         ANU HDR Supplementary Scholarship: this is a supplementary scholarship for international students that hold a base stipend scholarship. It is awarded to students to assist them with living costs or research expenses.

 

·         ANU Honours Scholarship: the scholarship is open to international students of the University in the Honours Year of any program of studies. Selections are based on academic performances of the applicants, and eligible recipients will be awarded AU$ 5,000 worth in scholarship for a year.  

 

·         ANU Master of Philosophy Scholarship:  Full time international students that have obtained a first class Honours in their previous qualification may be eligible for AU$26,288 worth in scholarship for duration of their Master program.

·         ANU PhD Scholarships: Full time international students that have obtained a first class Honours in their previous qualification may be eligible for AU$26,288 worth in scholarship for duration of their PhD program.

 

·         International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (IPRS): the scholarship is open to outstanding international students that are undertaking their PhD program or Professional Doctorate by Research at the University.  Eligible recipients will receive full tuition fee waiver for duration of their course.
